Job description
As a Business Development Manager at Procivis, you will play a critical role in driving our new business growth across the EU region and beyond. Your specific focus will be on positioning and selling our technology, Procivis One, to Qualified Trust Service Providers (QTSPs) and partner throughout the continent.
You will help strategic partners leverage our digital identity and verifiable credentials technology to navigate the evolving eIDAS landscape. Proficiency in English is a must; any other European language is advantageous.

Market Expansion: Develop and implement business development strategies to establish Procivis One as the preffered solution for QTSPs and partners across Europe.
Client Acquisition: Identify and secure new business relationships with Qualified Trust Service Providers (QTSPs) and partners, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Solution Sales: Present and sell Procivis One to prospective QTSP clients and partners demonstrating how our technology solves their specific challenges regarding eIDAS 2.0 compliance and EUDI Wallet integration.
Strategic Proposals and Tender: Craft customized proposals and deliver impactful presentations tailored to the specific technical and regulatory needs of Trust Service Providers. Lead the tender process.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure project delivery, customer satisfaction and market feedback on our offerings.
Job requirements
QTSP / Trust Services Sales Track Record: You have at least 3 years of experience in successfully selling complex software solutions to QTSPs, Certification Authorities (CAs), or highly regulated entities in the Trust Service market across Europe.
Partner Sales: Proven experience in partner sales and channel management.
Sales Seniority: 5+ years of experience in business development or sales (direct and indirect with partners) within the software industry.
Public Tender: Expierience in public tenders and bid management is a huge plus.
Domain Affinity: A strong understanding of the trust services or digital identity industry (digital identity, IAM, SSI, Verifiable Credentials) or related IT-security space is a significant advantage and will alloe you to get up to speed quickly.
Educational Background: Completed bachelor’s or master’s degree.
Language Skills: Fluent in English (written and verbal); + at least one European language.
Preferred Location: Zurich, Vienna or remote work (within the EU) possible.
