Bid & Project Manager (Zurich or Vienna)

• End-to-End Bid Management: You are responsible for the entire lifecycle of public tenders). This includes everything from market screening and bid/no-bid evaluations to the final proposal submission and presentation.

• Hands-on Project Management: Transition seamlessly from winning the bid to delivering the project. You will plan project phases, manage timelines and resources, and ensure our software solutions are successfully implemented at the client.

• Project Coordination: You manage interdisciplinary bid teams and work closely with Sales, Product, Tech, Legal, and Management teams.

• Quality & Deadline Control: You ensure strict compliance with all formal, commercial, and legal requirements of public procurement and guarantee that all deadlines are met.

• Knowledge Management: You continuously build and maintain a structured library of standard responses, reference projects, and text modules.

• Professional Experience: You bring around 3+ years of proven working experience, ideally with a solid mix of both tender/bid management & IT project management.

• B2G & Public Sector Knowledge: Hands-on experience with public sector procurement processes and managing government/public sector projects.

• Software Industry Background: Experience working for a technology consulting firm, IT service company, or software provider. You know how to answer complex RFIs/RFPs and manage software implementation projects.

• Hands-on Mindset: You are a pragmatic "doer". You keep a cool head during stressful phases, prioritize effectively, and take accountability for getting things done.

• Project Management Skills: You keep a cool head even during stressful phases and tight deadlines, prioritize effectively, and bring stakeholders together aligned toward a common goal.

• Education: A university degree or equivalent (Uni/FH) in business informatics, business administration, law, or a comparable field.

• Language: Fluent in English (written and verbal); German a big plus.

• Location: Zurich or Vienna.
