Job description

  • Contract Management: Draft, review, and analyses of legal and commercial documents, such as NDAs, partnership agreements, and client contracts.

  • Tender Support: Assist in the preparation of public tenders, RFPs, and RFIs.

  • Compliance & Privacy: Support initiatives regarding our ISO certifications (27001 & 9001) and data protection (FADP/GDPR).

  • Legal Research: Investigate regulatory topics specific to the Tech and Digital Identity sectors (e.g., Swiss E-ID law & eIDAS 2 regulations).

  • Legal Communication: "Translate" complex legal concepts into clear, understandable language for Marketing and non-legal stakeholders.

  • Daily Operations: Support the management team with administrative legal tasks and standard form contract amendments.

  • Optional: Be part of the contract negotiations and discussions with potential partners and clients.

Job requirements

  • Education: You have successfully finished your bachelor’s degree in law.

  • Legal Focus: You have a strong interest (and ideally first touchpoints) in IT Law, IP Law, Data Protection, or Contract Law.

  • Tech Affinity: You are interested in technology, software, and the future of Digital Identities.

  • Skills: You work precisely, are well-organized, and can explain complex legal matters in simple terms.

  • Language skills: Proficiency in German and English is required.

  • Mindset: You are proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
