Job description

As a Pre-Sales Consultant at Procivis, you will help our Business Development team to craft strong proposals and articulate our innovative Digital Identity solutions to our clients and prospects across Europe. You will play a pivotal role in strengthening our solution’s position during competitive bid processes across Europe.
Based in Zurich, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and demonstrate how our technology delivers value. Fluency in English is essential, and German language skills are a plus, as you will interact with diverse International stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities : 

  • Assist and support the Business Development Team in managing sales activities. Understand clients business processes, pain points, and technical requirements.

  • Lead the bid management for Request for Proposals (RFP) or Information (RFI) by coordinating the teams internally and delivering a timely proposal to the customer.

  • Ensure high end and targeted customer presentations by leveraging the company assets and support in delivering successful product demos. 

  • Assist and support the team in managing different projects.

Job requirements

  • Successfully completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business or Engineering 

  • 1-4 years of experience in consulting project management and bid management, preferably in a consulting or software sales company, ideally with experience at the interface of business and IT.

  • Experience in working with Atlassian tools and excellent skills in MS Office 365 (especially Excel).

  • Ambitious team player with strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • Service-oriented and communicative nature that enables effective collaboration with customers and team members.

  • Bid Management experience in public sector is a strong plus
