Job description
Own and maintain the product backlog with clear priorities, ensuring alignment with product strategy and technical feasibility.
Describe user stories in detail with comprehensive technical specifications, acceptance criteria, and clear business context.
Define technical details down to the API level where necessary.
Collaborate closely with development, architecture, QA, and business teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
Act as the main point of contact for cross-team discussions, ensuring effective communication between business and technical stakeholders.
Proactively monitor changes in EU regulatory frameworks and technical standards, and assess their impact on the product.
Be responsible for writing parts of tender documents where technical product and concept descriptions or concepts are needed.
Support the business development team in addressing technical questions and requests from customers.

Job requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
Multiple years as a software developer.
At least 3 years experience as a Product Owner or similar product-focused role in a software environment.
Solid understanding of REST APIs, data models, and system integrations.
Proven track record of writing detailed, precise user stories and acceptance criteria.
Skilled in prioritizing tasks and maintaining complex backlogs with many stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and related tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
