Consultant / external Project Manager

Since 2021, we have been a subsidiary of Orell Füssli, a globally renowned company for security solutions such as banknotes and physical identity documents.

As pioneers in the current trends towards self-sovereign identity solutions, we are expanding our product portfolio towards compliance with new regulatory opportunities in the realm of eIDAS 2.0 and the Swiss E-ID Ecosystem.

Role Overview:

As a customer-facing Project Manager/Consultant at Procivis, you will play a critical role in steering our project teams towards successful deliveries and ensuring our SSI solution meets the needs of our clients and the industry. Based in Zurich and fluent in both English and German, you will become a specialist in digital identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist and support the Senior Project Lead in managing (internal & external) projects.
• Craft detailed project documentation and maintain records of project status, milestones, and outcomes.
• Conduct regular project assessments to mitigate risks and adapt strategies as necessary.
• Coordinate with clients and Procivis stakeholders and understand individual needs to align them into project goals.

• Successfully completed bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• 1-3 years of experience in software project management within a consulting company.
• Experience in working with Atlassian tools and MS Office 365 (especially Excel).
• Ambitious team player with strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Service-oriented and communicative nature that enables effective collaboration with customers and team members.
