Job description

  • Explain the technical and architectural details of our products to customers and partners, ensuring a clear understanding of their benefits and advantages.

  • Showcasing our technical capabilities and solutions.

  • Building proofs of concept with partners and clients.

  • Managing our Trial Environment.

  • Answer technical and architecture questions, addressing any concerns or challenges they may have.

  • Act as a technical point of contact, collaborating with customers and partners to develop tailored solutions and integrate our products into their existing environments.

  • Provide technical sales support for our sales team, assisting with technical inquiries and providing expertise on our products.

  • Respond to the technical part of Requests for Information (RfIs) and Requests for Proposals (RfPs), showcasing our technical capabilities and solutions.

Job requirements

  • Experience in technology consulting, with a strong understanding of enterprise architecture and system integration.

  • Excellent knowledge of English is required.

  • Pre-sales experience, including the ability to effectively answer RfPs and provide technical support during the sales process.

  • Strong background in software development and hands-on experience with software tools and technologies.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical requirements.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Experience with digital identities is required; familiarity with decentralized identity concepts and frameworks is highly desirable.
